Dominic Tiedemann is a Patent Attorney with a particular focus on the following industries:

His legal practice focuses on the drafting, prosecution, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, opposition and nullity proceedings, the preparation of validity and infringement opinions, as well as the preparation of freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses.

He particularly advises companies on the strategic management of their IP portfolios and supports start-ups in developing robust intellectual property protection strategies.

Dr.-Ing. Dominic Tiedemann is a German Patent Attorney, professional Representative before the European Patent Office (EPO), European Patent Litigator (UPC), and European Trade Mark and Design Attorney.

He studied Aerospace Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. Univ.) at the University of the Bundeswehr Munich (UniBwM), completed his doctoral degree (Dr.-Ing.) at the Institute of Materials Science at UniBwM, and subsequently worked as a postdoctoral researcher and laboratory head at the Chair of Flight Mechanics and Flight Control at the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, UniBwM.
